Ingredients
6 chops
250 g smoked feta cheese (can and cheese)
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup Water
savory, pepper, caraway, salt
125 ml sunflower oil
Method
Crushed Fry steaks on both sides (sealed) in sunflower oil. In glass pot arrange chops on top smoked feta cheese, cut into pieces. Watered with the oil from the steaks, pour the wine and water and bake for 1 hour.
