Stuffed peppers with spinach and cheese

Ingredients
400 g feta cheese
1 kg peppers
800 g spinach
100 g butter
150 g onion
3 tbsp rice
250 g tomatoes
300 g yogurt
5 eggs
black pepper
salt
Method
Peppers cleaned of seeds and stalks. Spinach also be cleaned and thoroughly cleaned and cut into small pieces. To this was added finely chopped onion, crumbled feta cheese, beaten eggs, polusvareniya rice, chopped tomatoes, ground black pepper and salt to taste. The mixture is stuffed peppers. Arrange in a baking dish, sprinkle with melted butter, sprinkled with yogurt and bake in the oven. Serve warm.
