Stuffed squid in Mediterranean

Ingredients
500 g cleaned squid
1 bay leaf
6-7 peppercorns
20 ml vinegar
salt
# For the filling:
150 g mussels
100 g smoked ham
100 g cheese
1-2 cloves of garlic
50 ml white wine
30 ml olive oil
pepper
salt
Method
Squid boiled with pepper, salt, vinegar and bay leaf about 1 minute. The aim is to swell as tubes. Mussels, sirloin and garlic are finely chopped, grated cheese. Mix in a bowl and season with salt, olive oil, pepper, wine and a little of the sauce of mussels. Squid fins are removed, cut into small pieces and put in the stuffing. From squid is cut a little ringlet to not tear during filling. Put it a bit of stuffing, a mandatory leave air. To expires stuffing squid clog with a piece of tomato peel. Squid put in Troyan tile, pour a little of the water in which they were boiled, olive oil and wine. Bake 15-20 minutes at 180 C.
