Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
8-9 heads (750 g) onion
80 g rice
125 g butter
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
pepper

Method
Finely chopped onion onion stew in the butter until golden color. Add the cleaned and washed rice and lightly fry, pour 1 cup hot water, add salt and boil until they were swollen. Add the pepper and parsley. Mixture and stir well with 2/3 of it is full of chicken. Fill the chicken is sutured and boil in water until tender. In a baking dish, greased with butter, pour the rest of the rice mixture and put it on boiled chicken. Bake until browned, being careful not to burn.

Nice and practical recipe and not expensive, you can add mushrooms, if you put a little turmeric.

This is the basic recipe that is made in our family. There is room for many options - add raisins / as Image /; mushrooms; or less nettle / spinach, salt bush, kiselek /; corn and peas, etc.

Wonderful recipe! Today made it all liked the meal, except stuffing next time will do double that this does not get us. I added raisins and mushrooms in it and boiled chicken it ponamazah brush with oil and carefully / not to fall in rice baking pan / sprinkled with paprika.
