Fatty buns

500 ml milk
1 cube of yeast
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
flour as soft dough
1/2 cup sunflower oil
3-4 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
250 g margarine for cooking

Blended into a soft dough, which is left to rise for 1 hour. Then make small balls as walnut. Oval with hands smeared with sunflower oil and arrange in pan. Leave to rise again. Then pour in the melted margarine with the oil, breadcrumbs and salt. Bake. As a bake sprinkle with a little cold milk. Cover up with a cloth to soften. * These buns are a little greasy, but are extremely delicious.

Eee, that's a lot of fat.

s really, may slightly reduce it eg. to submerge 1/2 margarine box.

In TOPPING not put so much margarine and only 2 tablespoons. Were delicious.

They became great buns, high, fluffy cartilage crust ... otlyatyaha a few minutes! I made small changes in the recipe of preparation and, to put the dough 1. Teaspoon salt and 2. L sugar-equal, 10 g of dry yeast, and for topping fat in January slowed = 125 g of butter and 2. L oil
