White risotto with shrimp and zucchini

Ingredients
200 g of rice (arborio, basmati)
350 g frozen shrimp
400 g small zucchini
2 cloves garlic
50 ml white wine
salt, olive oil
2-3 tbsp grated feta Parmesan cheese

Method
Boil the rice in salted water and strain. Clean, wash and slice the courgettes on wheels. In a deep dish fry briefly garlic and courgettes. Add shrimp and white wine. Simmer until liquid is evaporated, but remain small at the bottom. At this time add cooked rice, mix well and remove from heat. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and pour two or three tablespoons of olive oil.

I cook only with arborio rice, but do not recommend it for risotto. Otherwise recipe 6 :)
