Ingredients
200 g cheese
100 g beetroot
100 g of white radish
2 carrots
oil
lemon juice
3-4 tbsp jam blueberries
sesame
breadcrumbs
Method
Beets, carrots and turnips are blanched for two minutes - first turnip, carrot and then finally beet to not stain water. While warm lightly flavored with olive oil and lemon juice. Cheese is wetted and add some in a mixture of sesame seeds and breadcrumbs. Breaded on high heat with more fat. Before presenting the dish with toppings, are flooded with slightly diluted blueberry jam.
