Ingredients
          500 g chicken breasts
          1 1/2 - 2 cups chicken broth or water
          bay leaf 1
          2 tsp dry spices optional

          Method
              Chicken ranks at the bottom of the pot, so to cover it well. Add broth (or water), spices and bay leaf. If water is used, can be added and a little salt. When the liquid boils, cover the pan with a lid half, the stove is reduced and the meat is left to simmer for about 10 minutes. Stove off and leave the meat in the broth for at least 10-15 minutes. The meat is cut or broken into pieces.     So cooked chicken breasts are very aromatic and juicy remain. Suitable for salads, soups, pizzas, such as filling of savory pancakes and more.
