Moist snails

20 g yeast
1 cup milk
sugar 1 tsp
5 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup walnuts
2 vanilla
# For the syrup:
4 cup sugar
4 cup water

Blurs yeast in heated milk. Added sugar, salt, and flour so as to obtain kashitsa, which was allowed to rise. Once the rise is added to the butter, eggs from which the separated egg white 1, and flour, as necessary, to yield the citadel of kozunak dough. Divide the dough into two balls, each of which is rolled into a square sheet with a side of 30 cm. Spread the sheets with pre compartments and broken white and sprinkle with the walnuts mixed with vanilla. Optional can put a little cinnamon. Wound on tight rolls, which are cut into slugs with a thickness of about 1 cm. Arrange the snails in a greased with butter tray and leave to rise. Bake in a moderate oven. Mix water and sugar and put on the stove. When the syrup boil remove from heat and leave aside for 10 minutes, after which it is poured tepid snails.

My recipe maaalko different, and add cinnamon. Really are nice;-)

Yes, I with cinnamon! Next time I will make them a tiny, for a bite.

I also know them as melcheta but I'm Haskovo my grandmother made them but as people here have done them and get them and I will try.
