Balls with ham and cheese

Ingredients
100 g flour
100 g ham
80 g cheese
2 eggs
75 g butter
pinch nutmeg
salt
pepper
Method
Ham cut into very small pieces, and cheese Grate. The stove is placed 150 ml water with 60 g butter, cut into pieces, nutmeg, salt and pepper. When the water boil remove from heat and add the flour, stirring constantly. Returns to the fire for 1 minute while stirring. Again removed from the heat, allowed for 2 minutes and then the mixture was added the cut ham, cheese and the half beat-up eggs. With the remaining butter smeared the bottom of the tray. Using two small spoons to scoop the dough and put it in the tray, between stacks left off. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 C. Serve warm.
