Banana Cream

Ingredients
500 ml milk
2 tbsp sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp starch
1 vanilla
200 ml cream
2 tbsp caster sugar
200 g bananas
Method
Eggs are broken foam granulated sugar . Milk is boiled. Starch is diluted in 2 tbsp water and a trickle added to milk. Add vanilla. Slightly cooled mixture was added to the eggs. Boil stirring constantly until thickened. Half of banana cut into slices. The other half were passaged by adding 2 tbsp milk. Powdered sugar with the cream was stirred, and thereto is added the banana mixture. Blended mixture was added to the slightly cooled cream and mix. Cream poured into cups by between layers put sliced ​​bananas.
