Breaded chicken breast with beer

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup beer
1 tsp salt
1 cup flour
4 chicken breasts
flour for rolling
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Beat 2 egg yolks with beer, salt, 1 cup flour and beaten egg whites. Add salt to chicken, rolled in flour, then dip in the breading. Fry on both sides in a highly heated sunflower oil until a brown crust. Serve with lemon and garnish optional.

I do it with boiled chicken meat, cut into pieces. Very nice recipe.

This batter is suitable for fish and vegetables.
