Caviar with white wine

Ingredients
500 g of caviar
40 g butter
2 tomatoes
pinch grated lemon peel
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
parsley
1 tsp bread crumbs
pepper
salt
Method
Spawns place in a container, spread with butter, place top chopped tomatoes, sprinkle with lemon peel, salt, pepper, chopped parsley pour wine and melted butter. Dusted with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
