Chicken rolls with beer

Ingredients
8 chicken steak
3-4 pickles
150 g cheese
100 g ham
200 ml beer
ground cumin
pepper - ground
salt

Method
Chicken steak is crushed thin . Sprinkle both sides with cumin, pepper and salt to taste. Pitch steaks in one end and place several strips of cheese, pickle and ham and roll. Not to develop pinned onto rolls with toothpicks. In greased with sunflower oil Court of Jena glass rank rolls, pour the beer and is closed with a lid. Bake in a moderate oven for about 35-40 minutes. Remove, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake again, but without cover, redness of cheese.

I used the idea as I changed a little stuffing - I put a pickle and grilled zucchini. Are wonderful!

I experimented with filling. I put olives, pickled cucumbers, turkey and melted cheese. Was very tasty.
