Ingredients
8 chicken wings
2 tbsp liquid honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
mustard
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp paprika and cayenne can
2 tbsp olive oil
Method
All products with the exception of the chicken wings are mixed. Chicken wings are placed flat container with pour marinade and mix well. Leave to stand for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Teflon pan becomes heated on a hot plate. Place wings in the pan and cover with foil, such as bake on both sides until golden brown.
