Chocolate layered cake with wine

Ingredients
# For the base:
300 g butter
300 g sugar
5 eggs
300 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
100 g slightly bitter chocolate
1 tbsp instant coffee
# For the syrup :
125 ml white wine
3 tbsp rum
50 g of powdered sugar
# spreads:
250 g cream + hardener cream
1 tbsp sugar
100-200 g of chocolate
Method
The butter and sugar are broken, add eggs one by one and finally sifted flour with baking powder. Bed cover melts at low temperature and mixed with instant coffee, and when cool, was added to the dough. Mix and pour into greased and floured baking dish (26 cm diameter) and bake in preheated oven pre lowest level. Wine, rum and powdered sugar mix. The finished base is irrigated with the finished mixture while still warm and leave to cool slightly. Remove from the form, placed in a tray and leave until completely cool. The cream is mixed with hardener and sugar on snow and smeared cake. On top sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Fifth, light me please what is this hardener cream and where it is sold in that respect, I'm a little bosichka.

Ole tell you honestly I miss it because I do not know what it is, but the original recipe is so.

Firming cream or thickener is sold in Kaufland. I often use it girls. And not expensive. In one package there are 5 packets and 0. 60 euro. When I do a quick cream with yogurt and creamer put on this thickener.
