Ingredients
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
2 and 1/2 tsp ground Szechuan pepper
2 and 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground allspice
3/4 tsp ground indian wren
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp ground white pepper
1 and 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp flour, buckwheat
2 tsp baking soda
Method
Sift the flour and mix in a bowl with baking soda, salt and spices. Separately, break the butter, sugar, eggs and essence. The two mixtures are combined and broken well. Heat the oven to 180C degrees. With two spoons and scoops of the mixture and shape cookies on a tray covered with baking paper. Put them in the oven for about 10 minutes.
