Cut the leek into thin slices, put together with the oil in a pan and stew in the oven until soft. Remove from the oven and spread it on the chopped tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese. Again put in the oven and after softening of the feta cheese on top pour beaten eggs and chopped pieces of butter. Bake in a moderate oven and serve hot, sprinkled with paprika.
