Fish with mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g of fish
150 g mushrooms
80 g butter
200 g cream
2 yolks
50 g feta cheese
80 g vegetable roots
vinegar
salt
Method
Cut pieces of vegetable roots showered with cold water, add vinegar and salt vazvaryava is added to portions of fish and boil until soft to very low heat. Portions are removed, remove the skin, arranged in a refractory vessel, the bottom of which is placed order pre-cut and steamed in 20 g butter mushrooms. Cream mix with the egg yolks, grated feta cheese, salt and heated butter, pour portions and bake under the grill or in a hot oven.
