Ingredients
8 thicker leeks
3/4 cup sunflower oil
1-2 eggs
Flour
salt
pepper
breadcrumbs
parsley

Method
Cut the white part of the leeks and boil for ten minutes in salted water. Drain and cut into pieces with a length of about 4 cm. Rolled in flour, beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry in very hot sunflower oil. Sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley. Can be served with tomato juice in a glass with mayonnaise, mix with finely chopped pickles.
