Fried snails

Ingredients
300 g cleaned cooked snails
# breading:
pinch of sugar, a pinch of pepper
breadcrumbs
3 eggs
milk
# For the marinade:
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp vinegar
pinch of sugar
# For frying:
butter or sunflower oil
Method
Clean, washed snails stay in the marinade around 2:00. Dry part of the breading mix well and the eggs and milk mix. Once the snails removed from the marinade and drain is rolled first in the breading, then in egg and milk and again in breading (one by one). Fry in very hot butter (sunflower oil).

I think he has in mind cooked or canned. I like unconventional recipes and recipes for unusual foods. Bravo!
