Frog legs in batter

Ingredients
about 40 frogs'legs
lemon juice
pepper
salt
parsley
vegetable oil
garlic
1 egg
flour
1/2 cup soda water or beer
Method
If no predefined leg, is removed and the skin is circumcised upper leg, in order to obtain a smooth shape. To fade meat, legs stringing thin smooth rod and soak 5-6 hours in cold water that is changed every hour - hour and a half. Marinate for 2 hours in a mixture of lemon juice, crushed garlic, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and chopped parsley. Drain and PANIC in a mixture of egg, soda, flour and 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Fry in a hot vegetable oil until browned. Serve placed in a pile on the fat in fried parsley.
