Ingredients
500 g pork
500 g beef
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp allspice
1/2 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1 and 1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 dry garlic

Method
The salt is dissolved in 1/2 cup water. The meat is ground two times and spread, izmesva with water soluble salt. Spread again. One half is sprinkled with spices and crushed with a little salt, garlic and cover with the other half. Allow to sit for 24 hours. Izmesva very well and full red.
