Ingredients
1 kg chicken
350 g bacon
# For the marinade:
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon zest
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup white wine
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tsp honey
1 tsp red pepper
pepper, cumin, salt

Method
Chicken fillet cut into thin steaks. Fuck gently with a wooden mallet. On each piece of chicken is placed strip of bacon. Wound on a tight roll. Cut into pieces 2 cm thick. Strung on skewers for grilling. Place in marinade for 1-2 hours. Bake in a grill pan with a little oil or bake barbecue. Serve with a salad of your choice.
