Ingredients
1 kg onion
50-60 g butter
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp vinegar
fresh mint
ground pepper
salt
Method
Thinly sliced ​​onion fry until browned in the butter , followed by addition of flour, pre-roasted to a dry pan and diluted with 2 cups lukewarm water. Add salt to taste, season with milled black pepper and boil on low heat until thickened slurry. Finally add the vinegar and finely chopped fresh mint.
