Ingredients
30-40 young beet leaves
4 potatoes
1 bunch parsley or 2-3 stalks celery leaves
1 small onion or scallions 2-3
2 tbsp flour or breadcrumbs
2 eggs
salt
1 cup sunflower oil for frying
yogurt garnish

Method
Wash the leaves and scalding them. Drain them and chop them. Cooked and peeled potatoes and mash with a fork, cut the onion, add the spices, eggs and salt. Knead well and let sit for 10 minutes. Form meatballs, roll them in bread crumbs and fry in highly preheated oil. Serve with yogurt or kefir.

Meatballs were delicious! Interesting idea. Izparzhih them hard, probably because potatoes - whatever you do, buy varieties of potatoes which for dry (especially read what varieties are dry and which more juicy) still remain very moist, even to put flour. Vanya and Nevi, thanks for the clarification - I had onion and put it on him. Fits very well, and not nibbling as old onion.
