Ingredients
          1 cup dark molasses
          3/4 cup brown sugar
          1 tsp apple cider vinegar
          2 and 1/3 cup flour
          1 and 1/2 tsp ginger
          2 tsp baking soda
          1 egg
          1/2 tsp salt
              Method
              Heat the oven to 175 C. In a large bowl mix the molasses, sugar, vinegar and egg. In a separate smaller bowl mix the flour, baking soda, ginger and salt. Pour the flour mixture to the other and a good mix. In an oiled pan put 1 tablespoon of the mixture off. Bake cookies until browned side.
