Noodles in Austrian (Grenadirmarsh)

Ingredients
500 g noodles
250 g minced meat
90 g butter
1 onion
2 eggs
2 cup (400 ml) milk
salt
caraway
pepper
Method
Noodle place in a baking dish and bake in the oven until it turns rosy. Boil in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, drain and half of it poured on the bottom of a well greased baking dish with butter. Place top fried in part of the butter onion and meat, seasoned with salt, pepper and crushed caraway. Cover with the other half of the noodles and pour evenly with the butter. Place for 5-6 minutes in a hot oven. Then pour the eggs beaten with milk and a pinch of salt. Dish dopicha redness. After removal from the oven before serving pour the noodles with tomato sauce, seasoned to taste with a little sugar and lemon juice.
