Omelet of ham and spinach

Ingredients
200 g frozen spinach
4 eggs
4 tbsp cream
40 g butter
300 g ham
pepper
salt
Method
Frozen spinach is placed in the heated butter and fry so that part of the liquid to evaporate. Add salt, sprinkle black pepper, add the eggs and 2 tablespoons cream, pour the mixture into a large, greased with butter and pan fry. Omelet is cut into two halves. One half is sprinkled with finely chopped ham, cover with the second half, again sprinkle finely chopped ham, stirred with the remaining cream, cut into 4 pieces and serve immediately.
