Ostrich egg omelet

Ingredients
1 ostrich egg
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
pinch of sugar
1/4 tsp butter
Ham
smoked bacon
pickle
cheese
olives
Method
Egg content is drained from the shell and mix with a mixer. Add salt, milk and sugar. In heated Teflon pan, put the butter, to melt. With a small ladle pour egg mixture to baking. After 1-2 minutes, turning to red and the other side. Omelet pour into bowl, on one half spread chopped ham, smoked bacon, pickles, cheese, olives. Folded and served with salad season.
