Garlic eggs Elena

5 eggs
150-200 g feta cheese
400 g yogurt
50 ml sunflower oil
1 sprig of dill
1 sprig parsley
50-100 g olives or cheese
3-4 cloves garlic

Boiled eggs, cut them in half and separate the yolks from the whites. Egg whites resembling lodchitsi, separate the main dish of the meal, and beating the egg yolks together with the feta cheese, the oil and pre-crushed garlic. Lodchitsite filled with part of the resulting slurry, and the remainder of the mixture beating yogurt with chopped dill and parsley. With the resulting sauce seasoning thoroughly filled egg whites and sprinkle with pepper. Garnish the dish with olives, parsley, dill or grated cheese - of your choice.

recipe is super! It was very tasty. I framed the filling of balls (so I was easier). To the remaining mixture put less yogurt (not 400g).

Incredibly delicious! My husband beshte fascinated by the performance. Only changed in the recipe instead of cheese put cream cheese and spices instead of oil 1 tsp mayonnaise. The result was izklyuchitelen- upload a photo. Bravo for the nice recipe!
