Pork with dates

Ingredients
1 kg pork
3 carrots
4 tbsp olive oil
1 cup white wine (but not dry)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup mustard
2 onions
1 cup dates
salt, pepper

Method
The meat is fried in olive oil, add the finely cut onions and leave 3-4 minutes to soften. Then pour the wine wait 5-7 minutes to evaporate the alcohol and then adding honey and mustard. Immediately after their dish flavored with salt and pepper. Dish simmer on low heat until ready (about 30-40 minutes). Carrots cut into thin slices and added 5 minutes before the meal is removed from the fire. Finally add the dates and remove from fire.
