Potato stuffed with fish

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
100 g tuna
2-3 eggs
1 cup tomato sauce
2-3 pickles
pepper, salt
parsley
egg and bread crumbs for breading
olive oil or other fat for frying
Method
Cook potatoes in boiling water with some salt for about 30-35 minutes. Then smash, Season with salt and pepper and leave to cool. Meanwhile, cook the eggs. Boiled eggs are cut and mixed with chopped pickles, crushed fish, chopped parsley and tomato sauce. Stuffing mix well and set aside. We take a clean damp cloth, which put a small ball and mashed potatoes rolled in a pancake. Put the filling and using cloth screw in the form of bowls, then dip in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs add some. Fry of not very strong stove. After subtracting put on cooking paper to absorb excess fat.
