Ingredients
6 tbsp cream
4 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
pinch ground black pepper
1 boiled egg yolk
Method
Egg yolk is boiled and crushed with a fork. Mix with other products immediately before pouring the green salad.
