Meat in tomato sauce pan

1.2 kg chicken or pork
# breading:
100 g flour
1 tsp salt
2 equal tsp pepper
# For the sauce:
2 large onions
2 cloves garlic
500 g canned tomatoes, chopped
300 ml dry white wine or broth
2 tbsp basil, chopped
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
salt, pepper

Cut the meat into chunks, washed and dry. Mix flour, salt and pepper, and add some meat in this mixture. Fry is in about 4-5 minutes on each side and put in a warm place. In the same pan put the onion, cut into rings and stew about 10 minutes. Add the chopped garlic and fry briefly. Put the tomatoes and wine (broth), seasoned with pepper and salt, add the basil. Meat back in the sauce, put lid and allow to simmer for about an hour on low heat. Finally, sprinkle with parsley and serve with crusty bread and a green salad.

This is made very easy and fast, will use fresh tomatoes, suppose that red wine will go?

I'm glad you like it :) dish is very easy, but by changing the spices every time varied. Flower, right now I request you. Home goes red wine, if done with pork. Otherwise, I think the chicken will lose flavor. But I have not tried personally, only assumptions are that :)

to add some meat in flour and then the sauce thickens somewhat, but if you want it compressed the more I think you can add extra.

A cool pork I have not eaten never in my life! Bachvarov, Ivan Zvezdev and Leo that even Encho plus Darth Vader wanted to try. Queen was held for the first recipe, but it forwarded to my dear wife, because the queen literally licked his fingers!
