Pitas of BBQ

500 g flour
400 ml yogurt
1 egg
20 g yeast
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
pinch of baking soda

From the list of products mix a medium soft, elastic dough. Allow to rise for about half an hour. The dough is made balls that then oiled hands thin thin buns. Bake on a BBQ. Once roasted are coated with butter and sprinkle with colored salt. It can also be smeared with garlic or any other aromatic butter. Yogurt can replace half with water. Firing takes about 3-4 minutes.

I've never pitas and I think it's time to try!

I regularly do, because my people love them. But my grill and burn them now do press for toasts and still are good!

And us we like. I do not put soda. And I had some yogurt but were super. Will necessarily be made often. I added a little grated parmesan on top

milk - 400 ml how? Not 400 grams? Yogurt is in grams.

Great pitas are not able to photograph them, disappeared from the rack.
