Raw carrot cream soup

1 cup water
3 carrots
1 avocado
1 apple
1 piece fresh ginger - about 1 tsp
1-2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 date stone
1 tsp coriander seeds, curry powder and cumin powder
1 / 4 tsp Himalayan salt and pepper
1 pinch of chili powder
optional: 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
optional: 1 tbsp coconut butter

Cut the cleaned product into pieces and beat them in the blender together with the spices to a homogeneous mixture.

Very nice cold supichka, thanks for the recipe :) I put in less than 1/2 hour. L. Of spices, it seemed like a bit much intact. I put coconut oil. What is nutritional yeast, something different from the yeast for bread you?

Nutritional yeast is a deactivated yeast extract, supplied in molasses. It looks like a finely crushed cornflakes and a slight nut flavor with hints of cheese / cheese. The soup was very tasty, but very useful and food! Do not put nutritional yeast and coconut oil, but the result was great.
