Roasted carp with mayonnaise (and halogen oven)

Ingredients
1 kg of carp
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp cooking cream
1/2 tsp sugar
salt and spices to taste fish
1-2 lemons

Method
Cut the cleaned carp washers, depending on the tray - 6-8 In a bowl put mayonnaise, cream, sugar and salt and spices to taste good and beat the mixture. Roll the pieces of fish in this mixture and let stand for at least half an hour. Apply with sunflower oil pan, the bottom of which arrange cut lemon slices. Arrange the fish pieces on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180C degrees. The original recipe says to turn the fish, but do not advise because it is very fragile and breaks. After a nice red remove and serve with appropriate garnish. * For those who have halogen oven - put the pan on the bottom BBQ and bake 25-30 minutes at 180C degrees, then increase the degree of 200C and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
