Roasted chicken with baby potatoes and beer

Ingredients
1 chicken
500 g baby potatoes
2 bunches fresh garlic
3 cloves garlic
pepper
pepper
sunflower oil
salt
500 ml beer

Method
Cut well the washed chicken in the chest and dissolve. Creases are old garlic and mix with 2 tbsp sunflower oil, black pepper and red pepper. Spread the chicken on the inside half of the mixture and place in a greased baking pan. Pour half the beer, 2 tbsp sunflower oil and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes. Wash thoroughly fresh potatoes - no need to peel. Mix with chopped fresh garlic. Remove chicken from pan and smeared outside with the other half garlic mixture. Add potatoes, make beer left and put the chicken on top. Bake another 45 min. Similarly makes chicken with rice only fry in advance, and the ratio should be 1: 2, and 1/3.
