Roasted chicory with ham

Ingredients
4 chicory
200 g ham
200 g Сос Bechamel for immediate consumption
40 g feta cheese
nutmeg
pepper
salt

Method
Otryazava cone is bitter chicory, boiled in salted water until soft and leave to drain. Then wrapped in ham, place in baking pan, pour bechamel sauce, mix with half the grated feta cheese, sprinkle top with remaining feta cheese and roots. Cooked on a grill or in the upper part of the hot oven for 8 minutes.

dish is received very well, but when consumed in the evening, I suggest Bechamel sauce to replace it with a lighter sauce!
