Rolls with feta cheese and yeast

Ingredients
600 g flour
30 g yeast
1 egg
3 tbsp (30 g) sugar
1 cup (200 ml) milk
1 tsp (5 g) salt
3/4 cup (150 ml) vegetable oil
cheese 200 g

Method
Yeast is broken in a deep dish, dusted with sugar and leave for ten minutes while ovlazhnee. Add 2 tbsp lukewarm milk and blurs a smooth slurry. Add the remaining milk, salt, 3 tbsp of vegetable oil, egg and, stirring well. Add flour and mix a soft dough (if sticky, add a little flour). Remove a floured surface and knead for ten minutes. The dough is broken into five pieces, each of which is immersed in fat and stretched by hand on a small crust. Sheet is stacked, as between them sprinkles vegetable oil and particulate feta cheese. So ordered sheets are rolled. It is stretched in length, divided into two parts and put in a thoroughly greased with vegetable oil rectangular baking dish. Allow about 30 minutes in a warm room to rise. Pour in remaining oil and bake in oven until very hot pinking.
