Souffle with bacon

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
200 g cabbage
300 g carrots
125 ml meat buyon
2 bunches of parsley
4 eggs
250 g cream
100 g bacon
200 g feta cheese
salt, pepper nutmeg
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Carrots, diced cabbage and cut into strips are boiled in the broth for 10 minutes and add the chopped parsley. Grease the tin with fat and the oven heated to 200 C. The cream is mixed with eggs, a part of the feta cheese and spices. Potatoes mixed with other vegetables with cream and eggs are poured into the tray. Is sprinkled feta cheese and bacon ranks. Bake 40 minutes, the last 10 minutes was coated with foil.
