Ingredients
2 carrots
1/2 onion
2-3 slices of fresh ginger
1 clove garlic
1 apple
250 g canned tomatoes
2 sticks celery
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Method
In 1 liter of cold water put the chopped onion, carrot, garlic, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sugar. Boil for 10 minutes. Add chopped apple, tomatoes, celery and ginger. After 10 minutes of boiling soup and passaged served. Consumed and cold.

In the original recipe has one potato. Probably more density. Very interesting taste. No fat. I recommend it after the holiday stuffing.
Light and delicious soup out. Try it hot, ate cold January in both versions is fine. Changed little preparation - first zaparzhih in 1. L. Oil ginger (2 h. L.
