Spinach soup with olives

Ingredients
500 g spinach
5-6 green onions
3 tbsp fat
2 tbsp rice
15-20 olives pitted
salt, pepper
boiled eggs
parsley
Method
Clear , wash and finely chop the spinach and onion. Get them to stew with fat. Pour the required amount of water. Once the soup boils, add the rice, olives, salt and pepper. Dovarete soup and held it, sprinkled with diced hard-boiled eggs, scrambled with chopped parsley and pepper.
