Squares with smoked salmon

Ingredients
300-400 g puff pastry
200 g smoked salmon (fillets)
200 g pitted olives
1 yolk
salt
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Dough expands and cut squares (7x7 cm). On each square is placed fillet of smoked salmon also in a square, but crosswise - ie every corner facing side of the dough square whose corners are tucked in and collect in the middle, press and top them slaps on a flower, for example, cut the dough. In the newly formed angles is placed in half olive. The resulting pieces are coated with egg yolks, mix with a little salt, sunflower oil and water. Bake in oven tray littered with paper, 200 C. Buterkite fit great with mashed horseradish mousse, apple and feta cheese, cream, salt.
