2 onions
4 carrots
100 g celery root
500 g tomatoes canned diced
500 g skinless sausages

Method
Beans soak overnight in water or bring it to the boil directly. Put there the oil, cut into strips onion, carrots and celery slices into cubes. When the beans soften, put salt, tomatoes and spices. Allow to simmer for about 20 minutes. The skinless sausages are cut into slices and put in the beans. Kotlonat off the pan and leave it until it stops bubbling. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. * the amount of water depends on whether the dish will be like soup or stew - a matter of preference.
