Stuffed potatoes with bacon and mushrooms

8 large potatoes
8 mushrooms
200 g cheese
300 g bacon
1 carrot
1 onion
salt, pepper

Peel the potatoes and cut a small piece of each, in order to align the base. The potatoes are placed in a suitable container, pour water and add salt. Boil little as slightly tender, to be able to carve a spoon. Bacon and onion finely and fry in a little oil with chopped carrots. Withdraw stumps mushrooms and finely. Fry together with other products. Add salt and add a little pepper. The potatoes are dug (hollowed portion may be dosvari and add to the stuffing) and fill with the mixture. Grate the cheese on top. The potatoes are placed into greased baking tray and a cloud the top of the mushrooms. So landscaped potatoes pour a little water - 1 soil, enough to cover the bottom of the tray. Bake 30 minutes in a moderate oven. It is the last 10 minutes to meet with foil.
