Ingredients
1 kg tongue
500 ml tomato juice
200 g cheese
salt
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper
70 g butter

Method
Boil tongue, peeled and cut into pieces. Put in a saucepan tomato juice, salt, pepper and a little sunflower oil, until thickened sauce and finally add the garlic. In pots are arranged pieces language, pour sauce over the sauce put a piece of butter and cheese plate. Bake in moderate oven or microwave.

Very nice recipe, bravo!
This I have eaten, but without cheese and it was very tasty! Tomorrow I plan to do language in this way, but I can add in the sauce and some mushrooms, red wine and celery are thickening if necessary will put a spoonful of flour.
