Veal chops in a spicy sauce

Ingredients
1 kg beef steak
# For the marinade:
2 tbsp vinegar
2 onions, sliced ​​
1-2 bay leaves
10 peppercorns
# For the sauce:
2 onions
2 carrots
1/4 head celery
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp white flour
savory, paprika, pepper
sunflower oil
Method
From those products and 1 liter of water to prepare the marinade. It put the veal chops and stay 1 night. Sauce: in the oil stew the chopped onion is tender and after adding grated carrots and celery. Add tomato paste dissolved in a little warm water with beaten in her meal. Season with salt and black pepper. Pour a marinated steak and everything is flooded with hot water - to cover the meat. Serve stew 30 minutes. Serve with boiled rice or mashed potatoes.
