Zucchini stuffed with cheese

Ingredients
6-8 (1 kg) courgettes
100 g butter
150 g feta cheese
3 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1 onion
1/2 cup milk
salt
Method
Courgettes are scraped, cut into two, carve and salting. Chop finely and stew in some of the butter until soft with flour. Add half of the milk, grated feta cheese and eggs. With this mixture fill the courgettes. Instead be filled, courgettes can be cut into circles and line up in rows in a baking dish, sprinkle with such mixture. In both cases the order after their tray courgettes are flooded with the rest of the milk and beaten eggs and roast in a medium high heat. At the end of cooking add the rest of the butter.

Hmm, pretty good recipe to me I loved it, I personally after stifling added the onions in the pan with cheese and eggs and milk, a little cooking and rather wondering can you use the mixture to fill the courgettes or to eat it so. Pouring milk after filling of courgettes not recommend it, I at least I hate then scrub pans.
